These These are some of my favorite photos from our ice dive in Tignes, France.

We drove 15 hours across Germany, Switzerland, and France, missed our original dive after getting stuck in traffic, came back the next morning, and finally got under the frozen lake before spending the afternoon skiing in the Alps.

We Went Ice Diving and Skiing in the Same Day | 15 Hour Drive, Ice Diving, & Skiing in the Alps

We drove 15 hours across Germany, Switzerland, and France to try something completely new – ice diving in the Alps – followed by an afternoon of skiing, all in the same day. This trip started with a random idea I couldn’t shake after learning you could ice dive nearby.
